~ they have a slightly spicy taste
~ pick the leaves when they are young and use when cooking with kids in

~ when you pick the flowers either remove the petals from the flower and
scatter over salads or rice salads
~ you can also use this herb plant in oriental stir frys , remove the whole
flower form the stalk and add to your dish
~ Kids love cooking with freshly picked produce and Maya is very good at
