~ it likes a little bit of shade inthe middle of the day when it gets hot

~ Mizuna is simply very tasty with a peppery flavor
~ the leaves can be picked straight from the herb plant and enjoyed
~ yummy additions to any summer salad
~ Mizuna herbs flavor is quite unique and goes well with tomatoes, cucumbers
, lettuce and cress to add flavour to herb salads
~ It also can be added to stir fry's at the end of the cooking to garnish
~ Lovely when cooked together with chicken and beansprouts and in oriental
flavoured dishes
~ try cooking with kids mix with banana and add as a pie filling |
